How much does a house clean cost?
Price depends on the size of the home, how often you want us and the condition it starts in. Tell us the bedrooms and bathrooms and we send a fixed price back the same day, with no visit and no obligation.
Do I have to be home during the clean?
No. Most clients are at work. We can hold a key or an access code, both recorded securely, and your cleaner locks up when they leave.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, everything comes with the cleaner. If you would rather we used something of your own, leave it out and we will.
Will I get the same cleaner each visit?
Wherever possible, yes. It means you are not re-explaining your home every time. When your regular cleaner is on leave we send someone briefed on your checklist.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.
Can I change or skip a booking?
Yes. Move it, pause it or cancel it. There is no contract and no fee for rescheduling.
