Can you clean the same night?
If the event finishes early enough, yes: we work until 10pm. For events that run later, we book a next-morning clean from 6am. If something can't wait, like a flooded bathroom or a big spill, call our 24-hour emergency line on 0483 982 111.
Do you take the rubbish away?
We bag the rubbish and leave it at your bins or the venue's bin area. Large amounts of rubbish removal aren't included.
Can you help with the venue hand-back?
We clean to the venue's hand-back checklist if you share it, and your photo report gives you a record of how the space was left. The venue decides on any bond.
Do you clean after office and corporate events?
Yes. We clean offices, function rooms and venues after work events too.
Do you cover events outside Hobart?
Yes. We also clean up after events in Launceston and the Tamar, and on the North-West Coast around Burnie and Devonport.
We stay until it's right
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.
