How quickly will you respond to my message?
We answer phone calls from 6am to 10pm, seven days a week, and reply to online messages and emails within two hours during those hours.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not unless you prefer to be. Many of our regular clients provide key access or use a lockbox. We confirm all access arrangements when confirming your booking and follow your security instructions precisely.
Can I book a same-day or next-day clean?
Same-day and next-day bookings are available subject to team availability in your city. Call 0483 982 111 directly for the fastest response on urgent requests.
What information do I need to provide for a quote?
The more detail you provide, the more accurate your quote will be. Helpful information includes your property type, number of rooms, service required, preferred date, and your city or suburb.
Do you cover my suburb?
We service metro areas and surrounding suburbs across Darwin, Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Tasmania. Include your suburb in your message or call us and we will confirm coverage immediately.
What if I am not satisfied with the clean?
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work, so walk through it with them if you are home. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied we come back and re-clean.
