First visit
Standing water is extracted, carpet and underlay are assessed, and wet contents are moved clear where we can. Drying is set up before we leave, and you get the first readings and photos.
Water coming in now? Call our 24-hour emergency line on 0483 982 111. The longer water sits, the more of the underlay, skirting and floor has to come out instead of being dried.
So the first call matters more than the cleaning does. An assessment visit is $220, and single-room extraction and drying starts at $780.
Extraction gets the water out. Drying is what decides whether the carpet and underlay can stay.
We extract the water, assess the underlay, set up air movers and dehumidifiers, then take moisture readings until the floor is actually dry, not just dry to touch.
An assessment visit is $220, and single-room clean water extraction and drying starts at $780. We work in homes, rentals, offices and strata buildings.
Clean, grey and black water. We also clean up grey water from a washing machine or dishwasher, and black water from sewage, a toilet overflow or flooding from outside. Both are quoted after an inspection, and contaminated carpet and underlay usually come out rather than dry in place. Growth already on the walls is mould cleaning, and routine cleaning is carpet cleaning.
Extraction happens fast, drying takes days, and the last visit is the one that proves it worked.
Standing water is extracted, carpet and underlay are assessed, and wet contents are moved clear where we can. Drying is set up before we leave, and you get the first readings and photos.
Equipment stays running while we come back to check progress. Readings are logged each visit, so drying is judged by numbers rather than by feel.
Once readings hold steady, the equipment comes out and the affected areas are cleaned. You get the full record, which is what an insurer usually asks for.
Scope depends on how much water got in, where it came from and how long it sat. This is the usual shape of the work.
Where the water came from changes what can be saved. Clean water from a supply pipe is usually recoverable if drying starts early, grey water from an appliance needs a closer look before we commit to drying in place, and black water from sewage means the carpet and underlay come out.
Time matters too. Clean water left sitting starts to behave like grey water, which is the real reason drying should start straight away.
You are dealing with an insurer, a plumber and a wet house at the same time. This is the part we make simple.
Contact usStep 01
Where the water came from, how long it has been there, and what is wet. For water coming in now, ring the 24-hour emergency line on 0483 982 111.
Step 02
Water out, carpet and underlay assessed, and drying equipment set up and left running in the affected rooms.
Step 03
Dated photos and moisture readings on every return visit, so progress is recorded rather than described.
Step 04
Equipment comes out once readings hold, the areas are cleaned, and you review the report. Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work.
Three local factors change how fast you need to move.
The first hour matters most. Here is what to do in it.
Stop the water if you can, then turn the power off in affected areas. Lift what you can off the wet carpet, especially anything timber.
Photograph the damage and the source before anything moves, because your insurer will want both. Do not run a household fan over saturated carpet, as it pushes moisture into the walls.
Within the first day, ideally within hours. The longer it sits, the more likely a drying job turns into a replacement job.
Underlay usually goes first, and it is the layer holding most of the water. Call before you start moving furniture.
Clean water caught early usually dries in place. Grey water from a washing machine or dishwasher is assessed on inspection before we say either way, and black water from sewage almost always means the carpet comes up.
Underlay often comes out even when the carpet stays, because it holds water long after the surface feels dry. We take moisture readings rather than judge it by feel.
That is between you and your insurer, and the paperwork usually decides it. Insurers want dated photos, moisture readings and a record of what was done and when.
We document as we go so you have that record. Lodge the claim early rather than waiting for the final invoice.
Extracting the water stops it spreading. Controlled drying is what saves the carpet, the floor and the walls.
A straight account of what we can dry, what has to go, and who fixes the leak.
Published South Australian rates, including GST. Prices marked from are a starting point, not a fixed quote.
$220
We come out, find where the water went and set the drying scope.
From $780
Extraction and drying for one room, with readings each visit.
From $2,945
Clean water across several rooms, scoped once we have seen the property.
Grey water and black water (sewage) clean-up are quoted after an inspection, so they carry no published price.
What moves the price: how many rooms are wet, how long the water sat, the floor types, how many days of drying it needs, and whether underlay has to come out. Your scope and price come in writing, and we can send them to your insurer or property manager too.
Quoted separately, and booked once the property is dry rather than while equipment is still running.
Once the carpet is dry and worth keeping. Carpet cleaning
Lounges and chairs that took water at the base. Upholstery cleaning
Where surface growth has already started. Mould cleaning
Getting the rest of the house back in order. House cleaning
Houses, units, rentals, offices, shops and strata buildings across metropolitan Adelaide and the Hills. Call 0450 962 844 and tell us where the water came from.
We service everything from CBD apartments to classic bluestone and sandstone villas. Older period homes trap dust on picture rails, high skirting boards, and ceiling roses. We target these exact spots during our visits.
We clean coastal properties and classic brick veneer homes. Salt air blowing off the Gulf leaves a sticky film on glass and jams up window tracks. We dedicate extra time to scrubbing these frames and windows so they slide perfectly.
We cover the newer estates out on the plains and the older stone properties up in the Hills. Spring pollen hits the Adelaide Hills hard. We recommend booking window and vent cleaning early in the season to keep allergens outside.
Stop the source if it is safe, and keep away from water near power. Photograph every room before moving anything, lift what you can off the carpet, then call your insurer and a drying contractor.
As soon as possible, ideally the same day. The longer carpet and underlay stay wet, the more likely the underlay is written off and the room starts to smell damp.
Often, if it was clean water and extraction started quickly, and carpet survives more often than underlay does. Grey water from a washing machine or dishwasher is assessed on inspection before we say whether drying in place makes sense.
Yes. Grey water from an appliance or a sink, and black water from a toilet, a drain or flooding from outside, are cleaned up after an inspection and quoted then. Contaminated carpet and underlay are removed rather than dried.
Almost always. Underlay sits against the floor and holds water like a sponge, so it stays wet long after the carpet feels dry, and we check it rather than assume.
It can, where materials stay damp for days. Fast extraction and proper drying is the practical way to reduce the risk, and growth already on walls or ceilings is a separate job.
Call our 24-hour emergency line on 0483 982 111, at any hour, for a burst pipe, a leak or flooding. We tell you on the call how soon we can be there and what to do until we arrive.
No. We bring the extraction gear, the drying equipment and the meters, and you only need to give us access and a power point for the equipment.
An assessment visit is $220, and single-room clean water extraction and drying starts at $780. Multi-room jobs start at $2,945, and grey water and black water are quoted after inspection.
When the water was contaminated, when it sat wet for days, or when the backing has started separating. Underlay is replaced far more often than carpet, and we tell you which you are looking at early, not after a week of drying.
We stay until it's right
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.
If water is still coming in or the carpet is soaked, call our 24-hour emergency line on 0483 982 111, since that is faster than any form. Otherwise tell us what happened below.
