Participant homes
Regular household cleaning in a private home, booked by the participant or their plan manager. Weekly or fortnightly.
Cleaning for NDIS participants in their own homes, and for providers running SIL and SDA houses, day programs and support offices. Each property gets its own written scope, so the standard does not shift from one address to the next.
Visits are timed around the people who live there, any time between 6am and 10pm, seven days. Assistive equipment and personal belongings stay exactly where they are.
It can be, and your plan manager or support coordinator is the person to ask.
Household cleaning is usually funded as a household task under core supports, where a participant cannot do it because of their disability. Whether it is in your plan, and at what level, is a question for your plan manager or support coordinator rather than a cleaner.
What we can do is quote the work clearly. You get a written scope and a fixed price per visit, and invoices your plan manager can match against it.
Two different jobs that often get sold as one.

Shared accommodation scoped per property for the provider. The same task list across every house, adapted to each one's layout.
Community hubs, respite and support coordination offices, cleaned before or after program hours.
A routine your household, plan manager or quality team can rely on.

Written per property, because no two houses are set up the same way.
Personal care, medication, clinical waste and anything involving a participant directly stays with support staff. Our cleaners clean and report, and that line is written into the scope.
Supported accommodation in Melbourne is not a campus. It is ordinary houses spread across the metropolitan area.
Consistency across addresses matters more than intensity at any one of them.
Three things worth asking anyone quoting this work.
Ask for the written scope and how it is adapted per property. One task list, adjusted for each bathroom setup and access, is what lets a quality team compare house nine with house one.
Assistive equipment should stay exactly where it is, and personal belongings should not be tidied into new places by somebody who does not live there. If something has to move to clean under it, it goes back.
A cleaner is there to clean. Personal care, medication and anything involving a participant directly stays with support staff, and that line belongs in writing before the first visit.
You are letting someone into a home. Here is what sits behind that.
Four steps, usually inside a week. No obligation at any point.
How many properties, the rooms in each and what the household needs.
Bathroom setup, access, equipment in the house and the routines we work around.

Each visit recorded, with invoices your plan manager can match against it.
NDIS and disability facility cleaning is quoted after we see the property, not from a rate card. Whether your plan funds it is a question for your plan manager or support coordinator.

It can be, usually as a household task under core supports. Whether it is in your plan and at what level is a question for your plan manager or support coordinator; we can quote the work, but we cannot tell you what your plan will fund.

We build the visit around the household, any time between 6am and 10pm. Day programs, shift changes and appointments set the window, and we confirm it at the walkthrough.
We quote after seeing the property, because the rooms, bathrooms and how often you need us set the time. You get a written scope and a fixed price before we start.
We stay until it's right
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.
Tell us about the home, or how many properties you run, and the days that suit. We will come back with a written scope.
