Early morning, before you open
Cleaners start from 6am and finish before the first staff member arrives. Suits offices that want desks, kitchens and washrooms right at the start of the day.
An office clean is judged the next morning, by whoever arrives first. So we clean while the floor is empty: early from 6am before staff arrive, or in the evening after they leave, finished by 10pm.
Every visit works to a written scope agreed at a walkthrough. Cleaners check in and out on site, so each clean leaves a timestamped record.
Workstations, kitchens, washrooms, reception and common areas, to a written scope on a set schedule.
We clean offices, legal suites, studios and multi-tenant floors. The same crew attends wherever the roster allows, so they learn your floor, your access and your priorities.
For workplaces you already occupy. Handing back a tenancy is end of lease cleaning. A new fit-out is construction and builder final cleaning.
We build the schedule around your staff numbers, visitor traffic and opening hours, inside our 6am to 10pm window.
Cleaners start from 6am and finish before the first staff member arrives. Suits offices that want desks, kitchens and washrooms right at the start of the day.
Cleaners start once the floor empties and finish by 10pm. Suits offices that close by late afternoon and want the place reset for the next morning.
Two or three visits a week for smaller offices, agencies and consulting rooms. Kitchens, washrooms and high-touch points get attention every visit.
Contract cleaning only works when you can confirm the job without inspecting bins yourself every morning.

Cleaners check in and out on site, so every visit has a timestamped record whether you are there or not.
Step 02
The crew works through the written scope, covering desks, amenities, kitchen and waste points.
Step 03
Cleaners photograph washrooms, meeting rooms and the kitchen at the end of the visit, so there is a dated record of how they were left.
Step 04
If something needs more attention, tell our office and it is put right on the next visit.
The standard office scope, confirmed at your walkthrough. Nothing changes without your sign-off. Periodic work runs on its own schedule.
Three conditions shape an Adelaide office scope.
Four things that decide whether month twelve looks like month one.
A quote that says general office cleaning is where standards slip, because nobody can point at what was promised.
Ours is agreed at the walkthrough, with a frequency on every line: desks every visit, fridge clean-out monthly, who restocks bin liners. It changes only when you sign off in writing.
Regular visits keep the place presentable: bins, washrooms, kitchen benches and traffic lanes. They will not lift years of soil from boardroom carpet.
That needs machines and its own visit, monthly or quarterly. Quoted apart, you see both numbers, and the carpets actually get done.
This is the complaint office managers raise most. Bins are empty, the kitchen floor was skipped, and there is no way to prove it.
Our cleaners check in and out on site, so every visit is timestamped, and finished areas are photographed before they leave.
Consumables cause more billing arguments than the cleaning does. Either we supply hand towel, toilet rolls, soap and liners, or we restock what your office already buys.
Both work. What matters is that it is written and priced before the first invoice.
Letting a contractor into your premises takes trust. Here is what backs ours.
An office cannot be priced accurately from an online guess, so there is no rate card. Every quote follows a site walkthrough.
We walk your floor to check the area, floor types, desk layout and access arrangements.
A task-by-task scope with a frequency on every line and a per-visit price, in writing.
Keys, alarm codes, access times and your contact person, all settled before the first visit.
Cleans run on the agreed days and times, invoiced for the visits completed.
Scheduled into your program in advance, or booked as one-off work. Priced separately from the regular visits.

Offices across metropolitan Adelaide, scheduled from our Marleston office. Tell us where you are when you request a walkthrough.
We service everything from CBD apartments to classic bluestone and sandstone villas. Older period homes trap dust on picture rails, high skirting boards, and ceiling roses. We target these exact spots during our visits.
We clean coastal properties and classic brick veneer homes. Salt air blowing off the Gulf leaves a sticky film on glass and jams up window tracks. We dedicate extra time to scrubbing these frames and windows so they slide perfectly.
We cover the newer estates out on the plains and the older stone properties up in the Hills. Spring pollen hits the Adelaide Hills hard. We recommend booking window and vent cleaning early in the season to keep allergens outside.
Between 6am and 10pm, seven days. Most offices choose an early clean before staff arrive or an evening clean after close. If your floor stays busy late, an early morning clean is the better fit.
Keys and alarm codes go only to the cleaners assigned to your site, and lock-up rules are written down at the walkthrough. Cleaners do not move or read paperwork left on desks, and do not let anyone else into the building.
A relief cleaner covers the visit, briefed on your written scope. Because every visit has a check-in, a missed start shows up the same day rather than the next week.
No. There is no lock-in contract, and the notice period is written into your agreement before you start.
No. The per-visit price is set against the written scope. Anything outside it is quoted and approved before the work happens, and a change of scope is repriced in writing.
It is quoted after a site walkthrough, not from a rate card. Floor area, desk count, floor types, washroom numbers and how many visits a week you need all move the number.
Carpet steam cleaning, windows, high-level dusting and the inside of fridges, ovens and dishwashers are periodic work quoted separately. Microwaves and vent faces within reach are on the regular scope.
We stay until it's right
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.
Tell us about your workplace and we will arrange a walkthrough. You get a written scope and quote before anything is agreed, with no lock-in contract.
