What does our house cleaning service in Australia cover?

We clean houses, units, townhouses and apartments in seven regions. Weekly, fortnightly or one-off.

Ceiling fan blades and split system vents sit on the standard checklist, at no extra cost.

This is a routine maintenance clean, not a deep clean or an exit clean. Work at height, heavy mould and anything needing specialist gear is quoted separately.

Why is house cleaning different in every part of Australia?

One checklist cannot cover a country that runs from Darwin to Hobart.

  • Darwin. The wet season runs roughly November to April. Ceilings, tracks and wardrobe backs grow mould quickly in that humidity

A 2 bedroom home runs $215 to $245 and a 3 bedroom runs $289 to $329 including GST, depending on your state. Each size carries a set cleaner-hour allowance, and condition can move the final figure.

Do I need to be home while you clean?

No, and most of our customers are at work. Leave a key, a lockbox code or building access details, and check the before and after photos from your phone.

Do I need to supply any cleaning products or equipment?

No, we bring the equipment and products the job needs. If you would rather we used a specific product on a surface, leave it out and we will use that.

How do I know the clean was actually done properly?

When we finish, you get a before and after photo report covering the work room by room. We then ask for your feedback on it.

What happens if something gets missed?

Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work, so walk through with them or tell them before they go. If you spot something on the photo report, reply and let us know.
