Restaurant & Café Cleaning in Tasmania

Restaurant and Café Cleaning Services in Tasmania

After a long service, nobody wants to scrub the kitchen floor, and grease builds up fast when it's left. We clean restaurants, cafés and pubs across Greater Hobart, Launceston and the North-West Coast, so your team walks into a clean venue.

Most venues book an early-morning clean from 6am, before the first staff arrive. Every venue gets a walkthrough and a written scope that fits your trading hours, and a photo report follows each visit.

Which hospitality venues do we clean?

Restaurants, cafés, pubs, bars, bakeries and takeaway shops.

We clean kitchens, dining rooms, bars, customer toilets and staff areas, all to a written scope timed around your trading hours.

Kitchen canopies and exhaust ducts can be cleaned too. Canopy and duct cleaning is quoted separately after the walkthrough. We don't service fire suppression systems. For carpets in the dining room, see carpet cleaning in Tasmania, and for footpaths and courtyards, see pressure washing.

When do we clean your venue?

We work from 6am to 10pm, seven days. Most venues need a daily clean on trading days, plus heavier kitchen work on a cycle.

Before you open

Early-morning cleans from 6am. Suits cafés, bakeries, and restaurants or bars that trade late the night before.

After an early close

Evening cleans finishing by 10pm, for cafés and lunch venues that close in the afternoon.

Periodic deep cleans

Kitchen walls, equipment exteriors and floors scrubbed on a set cycle.

How do venue owners know the clean was done?

You don't need to come in early to check. Each clean is logged with photos.

Why do Tasmanian venues need a different clean?

Tasmania is known for its food, which brings busy kitchens and winter crowds.

  • Launceston was named a UNESCO City of Gastronomy in 2021, and Hobart's food scene draws visitors all year.
  • Wet winters mean mud and water at the door, and slippery entries are a real risk for customers.
  • Winter dining means heaters and open fires in many venues, and more ash and dust around them.

That's why entries, heater surrounds and kitchen floors get extra attention on our Tasmanian scope. The scope is written around your food safety plan, and food contact areas are cleaned only as you direct.

Where do we offer restaurant and café cleaning in Tasmania?

Local hospitality cleaning in Greater Hobart, Launceston and the Tamar, and the North-West Coast.

Restaurant cleaning in Greater Hobart

Along Hobart's busiest food strips, kitchen crews would rather go home after service than scrub floors. We come in from 6am the next morning and clean the kitchen, dining room and toilets before your team arrives. The photo report shows the work without you coming in early.

Café cleaning in Launceston and the Tamar

Launceston diners notice sticky tables and tired floors fast. Our café cleaning in the CBD and nearby suburbs starts from 6am, before your first coffee order, or in the evening after an afternoon close. Your staff open up to a clean shop, not a to-do list.

Pub and restaurant cleaning in Burnie and Devonport

We clean pubs, restaurants and cafés in Burnie, Devonport and the suburbs around them. Winter brings wet boots and muddy entries, so floors and mats get extra attention. You get the same scope and photo reports as our Hobart venues.

Daily clean or deep clean?

Most venues need a daily clean of floors, tables and toilets. Kitchens also need a deeper clean on a cycle, covering walls, equipment exteriors and hard-to-reach floors. We set both at the walkthrough and price them separately.

Restaurant and café cleaning in Tasmania is quoted after a site walkthrough, with early-morning cleans before you open and a photo report every visit.

What do venue owners ask before hiring restaurant cleaners?

How much does restaurant cleaning cost in Tasmania?

It depends on the size of your kitchen and dining room, how often you need us and how much deep cleaning is involved. We price from a walkthrough, so you get a fixed price against a written scope.

We close late. When would you clean?

We work between 6am and 10pm, any day. If you close after 10pm, we clean the next morning, finishing before your team arrives.

Do you clean kitchen exhaust canopies and ducts?

Yes. Canopy and duct cleaning is quoted on its own after we've seen the kitchen, and can be booked on a cycle alongside your regular clean.

Do you carry public liability insurance?

Yes, $10 million public liability insurance. We can send a certificate of currency before the first clean if your landlord or head office asks for one.

Will your clean help with council food safety inspections?

A clean venue makes inspections easier, and our photo reports show when each area was cleaned. Your food safety obligations and inspection results stay with your business.

Which products do you use in the kitchen?

We agree products with you at the walkthrough, based on your food safety plan. Food contact areas are cleaned only as you direct.

What happens if something is missed?

Tell us through the photo report or call us. Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work, and anything you flag later is fixed on the next visit or sooner.

Do you clean venues outside Hobart?

Yes. We clean restaurants, cafés and pubs in Launceston and the Tamar, and on the North-West Coast around Burnie and Devonport, too.

We stay until it's right

Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.
