Residential cleaning, answered
How much does a house clean cost?
Price depends on the size of the home, how often you want us and the condition it starts in. Tell us the bedrooms and bathrooms and we send a fixed price back the same day — no visit and no obligation.
Do I have to be home during the clean?
No. Most clients are at work. We can hold a key or an access code, both recorded securely, and your cleaner locks up when they leave.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, everything comes with the cleaner, including eco-friendly products that are safe around children and pets. If you would rather we used something of your own, leave it out and we will.
Will I get the same cleaner each visit?
Wherever possible, yes — it means you are not re-explaining your home every time. When your regular cleaner is on leave we send someone briefed on your checklist.
Are your cleaners police checked and insured?
Every cleaner passes a national police check before their first job, and public liability cover applies to every clean. Breakages are handled by us.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and re-clean the areas concerned at no charge. That is the satisfaction guarantee.
Can I change or skip a booking?
Yes. Move it, pause it or cancel it — there is no contract and no fee for rescheduling.
Do you take NDIS and DVA clients?
Yes. We are registered for both and invoice the funding body direct, so there is nothing for you to claim back.
