Oven
- Cavity, roof and floor
- Racks and side runners
- Door glass, both accessible faces
- Frame, handle and outer door
Oven cleaning across the Perth metro area, with the cooktop and the rangehood done at the same time. We ask what model you have before we pick a method.
That question matters. A catalytic liner and a pyrolytic cavity want opposite things, and the wrong product on the wrong one cannot be undone.
It is the first question we ask, because the answer rules products in or out.
A conventional enamel oven is the straightforward one. Clean the cavity, the racks and the glass, and keep abrasives off all three.
A catalytic oven has rough textured liner panels that burn off grease by themselves at temperature. Oven spray damages that coating, so the panels come out or get worked around, never sprayed.
A pyrolytic oven runs its own very hot cleaning cycle with the door locked. The door glass, the seal area, the racks and the frame still need doing by hand, which is usually what people mean when they say the self-clean did not work.
Not sure which you have? Send us the model number off the sticker on the door frame and we will tell you.
The manuals are stricter than most people expect, and we follow them.
Most manufacturers rule out scouring pads, steel wool and sharp metal scrapers on the door glass, because a scratch can weaken the glass. Many also say to keep cleaning products off the door seal, which is what holds the heat in.
Some manuals rule out commercial oven cleaners altogether, and others say never to spray into a warm oven. That does not make a professional clean impossible. It makes it slower, and it rules out the fastest products.
If you keep pet birds, move them to another closed, ventilated room before running a pyrolytic cycle. Several makers give that warning in their manuals.
Book one appliance or all three. Each has its own price so you can choose.
Step 01
It is on a sticker inside the door frame. From that we know whether the oven is conventional, catalytic or pyrolytic, and which products are ruled out before we arrive.
Step 02
Racks, runners, trivets, burner caps and filters come out and go into a soak so time does the work. That is what lets us avoid scouring the enamel.
Step 03
The cavity by hand with soft tools, the glass last and without abrasives. On a catalytic oven the liner panels are worked around, never sprayed.
Step 04
Everything back in its own position, and the rangehood run through its speeds so you can see it works before we leave.
The WA property condition report lists the stove top, the oven and the rangehood as separate kitchen items, each marked for whether it is clean.
So at a vacate inspection they are not lumped in with the kitchen. They are ticked or not ticked one at a time, which is why they come up so often at the end of a tenancy.
Moving out? The vacate clean covers the whole property and includes these three. Booking them on their own makes sense when the rest of the place is already sorted.
Four kinds of damage that come from saving ten minutes.
Filters forced out or back in the wrong way stop seating properly. Ours come out gently and go back in their own slot.
A scourer or a metal scraper leaves marks you may not notice at first. Manufacturers warn that scratched oven glass can crack.
Oven spray on a catalytic liner destroys the one thing that panel does. The oven still works, but the self-cleaning function is gone and the panel needs replacing.
The seal keeps the heat in, and scrubbing can tear or flatten it. We leave it alone unless the manual says how to clean it.
Mesh grease filters want regular cleaning, and the more you fry, the sooner they clog.
Many can go in the dishwasher if your manual says so, or soak in hot soapy water. Once a filter is pitted or soft, it is past cleaning and due for replacement.
Carbon filters are different: they get replaced, not cleaned, on the schedule in your manual. They only exist on recirculating rangehoods, so check which kind you have before buying a cartridge.
Six reasons, one line each.
Per appliance, with bundles for the whole cooking zone. Published WA rates, including GST.
| Appliance | WA rate |
|---|---|
| Standard oven | $135 |
| Large / 900 mm oven | $170 |
| Double oven | $225 |
| Stovetop | $55 |
| Rangehood | $65 |
| Oven + stovetop Bundle | $180 |
| Oven + stovetop + rangehood Bundle | $230 |
Why the three-item bundle? The WA condition report lists the stove top, the oven and the rangehood as separate kitchen items, so a vacate booking usually needs all three.
Send your suburb, the oven model number and a photo if you have one. We confirm the method for your oven type before we book.
The kitchen is rarely the only thing on the list.

The Perth metro area, from Joondalup to Rockingham, and Mandurah. Not on the list? Send your suburb and you will hear back the same day.
Coastal salt air and beach sand impact properties heavily here. Window tracks, exterior glass, and flyscreens need regular washing to stop salt corrosion.
A mix of commercial high rises, character homes, and modern units. Jarrah floor care and delicate limestone work are common across these areas.
Large family properties and industrial facilities. Paved alfresco spaces and bore reticulation mean pressure washing is regularly booked alongside a house clean.
Yes, and it usually still needs us. The cycle burns off the cavity, but the door glass, the frame, the seal area and the racks are a hand job. Send the model number and we will tell you what the cycle will and will not reach.
The risk sits with what makers explicitly rule out, like spray on a catalytic liner, abrasives on the door glass or product on the seal. We follow the manual for your model, which is why we ask what you have first.
No. We clean both accessible faces with the door assembled. A door that comes apart has to go back together perfectly, and we would rather not risk the glass.
A standard oven is $135, a large or 900 mm oven $170 and a double oven $225, including GST. A stovetop is $55 and a rangehood $65. Oven and stovetop together are $180, and all three are $230.
Often yes, if your manual says it is safe. Otherwise a soak in hot soapy water does the job, and harsh chemicals are best kept off aluminium mesh.
The WA condition report lists the stove top, the oven and the rangehood separately, each checked for cleanliness. They are assessed one by one, so they are worth doing properly before you hand back the keys.
We do not go inside the flue or the chimney. We clean the filters, the underside and the housing, and a flue problem goes to a ventilation contractor.
Most customers book more than one. Same crews, same standards, one invoice.
We stay until it's right
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.
Send your suburb, which appliances you want done, and the oven model number off the sticker in the door frame. You will get a fixed price per appliance, and we will tell you up front if your oven type rules anything out.
