How is clinic cleaning different from office cleaning?

Three things: zones kept separate, products used as the label directs, and a written record that the work happened.

An office is cleaned to a visual standard. A clinic is cleaned to a written procedure, so your practice can show how its cleaning is done and checked.

We keep the same crew on your practice wherever we can. They learn your zones, your consulting hours and your layout instead of guessing each visit.

Some work sits outside our scope. Cleaning treatment rooms between patients is practice staff work, and reprocessing reusable instruments is a sterilisation task. We do not handle clinical or sharps waste; that stays with your waste contractor.

For other tenancies in the same building, see office cleaning. For childcare rooms attached to a practice, see childcare cleaning.

When does a clinic actually get cleaned?

Around your consulting hours, seven days, 6am to 10pm.

Evening, after the last patient

The usual pattern. The full scope once the doors close, finished by 10pm.

Early morning, before opening

For practices running evening clinics. From 6am, finished before reception opens.

Periodic and reactive

Scheduled deeper work, plus callouts within our hours for spills and incidents.

How does the cleaning end up in your practice file?

A practice needs to show its cleaning is checked. This is how we hand you that.

Contact us
  1. Step 01

    Attendance recorded

Who attended and when, logged against your practice every visit.

  2. Step 02

    Cleaned to the procedure

Zone order, colour-coded equipment and products used as the label directs.

  3. Step 03

    Signed report to you

Timestamped, room by room, with photos, ready for your practice file.

  4. Step 04

    Reviewed, not just filed

Your practice manager comments on the report and anything flagged is fixed next visit.

Which zones get cleaned, and in what order?

Sequence matters as much as the task list. Clean zones first, washrooms and utility areas last.

Consult and treatment rooms

  • Examination couch frames
  • Sinks and tapware
  • Hand hygiene stations restocked
  • Equipment housings and screens
  • Floors damp-mopped to edges

Waiting and reception

  • Seating arms and backs
  • Reception counter and EFTPOS
  • Door handles and push plates
  • Water coolers and dispensers
  • Children's play area surfaces

Amenities and staff areas

  • Patient and staff washrooms
  • Sanitary units checked
  • Staff room and kitchen
  • Consumables restocked
  • General bins emptied and relined

What we avoid

  • One cloth carried between zones
  • Product wiped off before the label time
  • Washrooms cleaned before consult rooms
  • Shared mop water across rooms

Colour-coded cloths, mop heads and buckets are kept to their zone, so nothing travels from a washroom to a consulting desk.

What documentation do you get from us?

Supplied at the start and updated whenever anything changes.

Cleaning documentation

  • Written scope with cleaning sequence
  • Named product and dilution per zone
  • Signed record after every visit

Work health and safety

  • Safety Data Sheet for every product
  • Safe Work Method Statements
  • Site-specific risk assessment
  • Incident reporting process

Safety Data Sheets go into your practice chemical register.

Why do general cleaners struggle in a clinic?

Four gaps that show up the moment someone asks how the cleaning is done.

The product is named, not just described

Your written scope names the product and dilution used in each zone. That turns a cleaning quote into a document your practice manager can file.

Signed records after every visit

You get a timestamped, room-by-room report after every visit with photos attached. Your practice manager comments on it and anything raised is fixed on the next visit.

Products used as the label directs

A product only does what its label says if it is used the way the label says. Our sequence leaves surfaces for the label time while the crew works elsewhere in the zone.

Scheduled around consulting hours

Evening clinics and Saturday mornings shift when a cleaner can be on site. We run seven days from 6am to 10pm, so the clean fits before you open or after you close.

The question is rarely whether the floor was clean. It is whether anyone can show what was done and when.

What stands behind our clinic cleaning?

Here is what backs the work in your practice.

Procedure in writing first

Zone, product and dilution on every line.

Colour-coded equipment

Separate cloths, mops and buckets per zone.

$10 million public liability

Insurance cover in place for work on your premises.

Records you can file

Signed, dated and room by room.

Safety Data Sheets

For every product we bring on site.

Happy with the work

Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work.

What do our customers say about us?

How is a clinic cleaning quote built?

Four steps, usually inside a week.

Site inspection

Consulting rooms, zones, washrooms and trading hours.

Procedure and quote

Zone-by-zone scope with named products, quoted against it.

Setup and documents

Keys, alarm codes and the SDS pack.

Service and records

Scheduled visits with signed reports for your practice file.

We quote clinic cleaning after a site inspection. Consulting room count and zone mix matter more than floor area, so a six-room practice is a different job from a six-room office suite.

Groups with several sites can be quoted as one program, so the procedure and records match across every practice.

Book a site inspection

What periodic work does a clinic need?

Scheduled through the year and recorded, so it is planned rather than a surprise.

High-level dusting

Vent faces, light fittings and ledges above head height.

Blinds and window glass

Internal glazing, blinds and reachable external glass. Window cleaning →

Reactive callouts

Spills and incidents, within our 6am to 10pm hours.

Which regions do we cover for clinic cleaning?

GP, dental, allied health and specialist practices across seven regions. Not sure we reach your practice? Ask for a site inspection and tell us the address.

What do practice managers ask before changing cleaner?

Which products do you use?

Your written scope names the product and dilution for each zone, and Safety Data Sheets for every product go into your chemical register. If your practice already specifies a product, tell us at the site inspection.

Do you clean treatment rooms between patients?

No. Between-patient cleaning is practice staff work, because it cannot wait for a scheduled visit. We do the full clean after the last patient or before opening.

Do you handle clinical or sharps waste?

No. Clinical and sharps waste stays with your waste contractor. We empty and reline general and amenity bins and check sanitary units.

Can you provide documentation for our practice file?

Yes. You get a written scope with zones and named products, Safety Data Sheets and a signed report after every visit. The pack is updated whenever anything changes.

Do you clean outside consulting hours?

Yes. Most practices are cleaned in the evening after the last patient, until 10pm, or from 6am before reception opens. Access and alarm arrangements are set up before the first visit.

How much does clinic cleaning cost?

We quote after a site inspection, because room count, zones, trading hours and visit frequency all change the job. You get a written scope and a fixed price against it.

We stay until it's right

Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.

Would you like a site inspection and a quote?

Tell us about the practice and we will arrange a visit, usually within a few days. No obligation and no lock-in.
