Premises that are actually clean
No grease, food waste or dirt building up on floors, walls, fixtures or equipment. Behind and under the line is where it shows first.
Back of house and front of house cleaning for Darwin restaurants, cafes and bars. We work before you open from 6am, after you close until 10pm, or on your closed day.
You get a written cleaning schedule with a frequency on every task, and a signed sheet after each visit. A venue that trades past 10pm gets its clean the next morning, finished before opening.
Because sanitising only works on a surface that has already been cleaned.
Cleaning takes off the grease, food and dirt. Sanitising then reduces germs on the clean surface, so skipping the first step means the second does very little.
Our crews pre-clean, wash with warm water and detergent, rinse, sanitise and leave surfaces to air dry. The food safety rules expect premises, fixtures and equipment to be kept clean, with no build up of grease, food waste or dirt.
Three things, and the second one is a document many venues do not have.
No grease, food waste or dirt building up on floors, walls, fixtures or equipment. Behind and under the line is where it shows first.
A list of every cleaning and sanitising task with its frequency, method and who is responsible. We hand you that document at the start of a contract rather than leaving you to write it the night before.
If a gap behind the fryer cannot be reached, no cleaning frequency fixes it. We will tell you that instead of charging you to keep trying.
The cleaning is half of it. The other half is being able to show what was cleaned, how often, and by whom.
Every line carries a frequency on the schedule. Daily, weekly, monthly or periodic, never the words as needed.
Canopy and duct work is quoted on the run of canopy, the number of filters, how far the ductwork goes and whether roof access is needed.
Step 01
With your chef or venue manager, outside service. We look behind the line, at the cool rooms and at the last inspection notes.
Step 02
Every task with a frequency, method and owner. Safety data sheets for our products come with it.
Step 03
Before you open from 6am, after close until 10pm, or on your closed day. Late trading venues get a next-morning clean before opening.
Step 04
A signed sheet per visit, so your file is current when an inspection lands unannounced.
Some of it into the canopy and ductwork, and some into the grease trap. We clean the first, and a licensed waste contractor pumps the second.
We will note when the trap and the canopy are due on your schedule, so they stop being the thing nobody owns.
Six reasons, one line each.
No rate card. We walk the venue and quote per visit against a written scope, given to you as a weekly figure.
Kitchen size and how much of it is reachable, cover count, how many cool rooms, whether front of house and customer toilets are in scope, and frequency. A venue cleaned more often costs less per visit, because the build up between visits is the real cost driver.
Many Darwin venues are busiest through the dry season and quieter through the wet. We would rather use the quiet months for the deep work than run the same frequency all year.
If a quote is well under the others, check whether it includes behind the line, the cool rooms and the floor wastes. That is usually where the hours went missing.
Quoted per job, and best done on a closed day.
Kitchen and customer toilet floors where mopping stopped working. $38 per square metre. See tile and grout
Ovens, grills and rangehood filters stripped and degreased. From $149. See oven cleaning
Rear yard, bin area, outdoor dining and grease affected paving. From $195. See pressure washing
Shopfront glass, louvres and outdoor dining screens. Up to 10 windows from $170. See window cleaning
Cool room surrounds, store rooms and ceilings after the wet. From $315. See mould cleaning
Handing a venue back at the end of a lease or before a fit out. See end of lease
CBD dining strips, the Waterfront, Cullen Bay and the suburbs. Restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs and bakeries. Send your address and we will confirm the same day.
Coastal salt air coats glass and louvre blades, requiring extra care on tracks.
High residential rental movement makes bond cleaning very common across these suburbs.
Larger family blocks and sheds often combine regular cleans with outdoor pressure washing.
That is the point of the written schedule. You get a list of every task with its frequency, method and who is responsible, plus a signed sheet per visit, so the evidence exists before anyone asks for it.
Cleaning takes off the grease, food and dirt. Sanitising reduces germs on a surface that is already clean, which is why the order matters.
Yes, and we would rather. Routine work happens before open from 6am, after close until 10pm, or on your closed day. If you trade past 10pm we clean the next morning and finish before you open.
Canopies and ducts, yes. Canopy, plenum and duct cleaning is quoted as its own job, priced on the size of the system and roof access. Grease trap pump outs belong to a licensed waste contractor, and we note the due dates on your schedule.
It is quoted after we walk the venue, because kitchen size, reach and frequency change the figure. You get a weekly number against a written scope.
Humidity. From November to April, cool room surrounds, store rooms and ceilings behave very differently, so the schedule adds mould checks for those months.
We stay until it's right
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.
Send the venue address, roughly how many covers, what the kitchen runs and when you are closed. We walk it outside service, write the schedule with a frequency on every task, and send the quote.
