Shops, supermarkets, centre tenancies and car showrooms across the Perth metro area, cleaned around your trading hours.
We work 6am to 10pm, seven days. Most shops get an early morning clean before the doors open, or an evening clean after close where the shop shuts early enough to finish by 10pm.
In the gaps your trading hours leave, inside our 6am to 10pm working day.
Most Perth shops open mid-morning, so the main window is early: a crew from 6am, done before staff arrive to open up. Floors get time to dry before the first customer walks in.
Where a shop closes in the late afternoon or early evening, an evening clean works too, finished by 10pm. Late-trading nights and Sunday mornings are planned around your roster, and we nominate a window that suits both of us at the walkthrough.
Because WA car showrooms keep shorter trading hours than most shops, which leaves longer stretches with nobody on the floor.
That makes room for the slow jobs: full-height glass, display floors and handover bays, done properly rather than squeezed in before opening.
We ask where your display area and hardstand run before quoting, so the scope covers the whole selling area and nothing next door.
Scoped by format, because a supermarket and a showroom need different things.
Four steps, and the first question is when your doors are shut.
Contact usStep 01
Your trading hours, delivery times and any late nights decide whether we come early or in the evening.
Step 02
Surface type, entry matting, how far the water gets in on a wet day, and whether the site sits inside a centre with its own access arrangements.
Step 03
Daily, weekly and periodic lines, priced separately. Machine floor work and glass usually run on a different cycle to the daily tidy.
Step 04
Dated photos of what was cleaned and when, kept as a file you can produce.
Because if someone slips, the questions are about what was done and when.
A shop owes customers reasonable care, and part of that is choosing a capable cleaner and keeping an eye on the work. Both of those are easiest to show on paper.
So our contracts carry dated photo records rather than a handshake. No WA law sets a required cleaning interval for a retail floor, so how often is a decision about your foot traffic, and we will help you make it. This is not legal advice, and your own lawyer can tell you what it means for your site.
Four boundaries, stated before you book.
Measuring a floor's slip rating is a testing job with testing equipment. We will not publish a rating for your entry or claim a clean changed one.
Centres and major retailers run their own contractor systems. Tell us which one at quote stage and we will give you a straight answer on whether we can work through it.
Deli counters, bakeries and cool rooms sit under food law with their own supervision requirements. We do not take that scope on.
No cleaner can promise no one will fall. What we give you is a dated record of when the floor was cleaned and by whom.
The number of wet days, and that changes the entry rather than the shop.
Most of Perth's rain falls between May and September, and every wet day brings water in on shoes. A floor that grips when dry may not when wet.
So entry matting gets checked and lifted on a winter schedule, and entry work moves to the front of the visit through the wet months. Matting is laid flat so it does not become a trip hazard of its own.
Six reasons, one line each.
No rate card. We quote after walking the floor, on what actually moves the number.
A showroom with a long quiet stretch and a supermarket with a short gap before opening are different jobs on the same floor area. A short window needs more people at once.
Sealed vinyl, polished concrete and tile each want different equipment, and machine work sits on a periodic cycle, quoted as a separate line.
A standalone shopfront is straightforward. A tenancy inside a centre brings access procedures and dock arrangements that take time.
Send your suburb, format, floor area and trading hours. We walk it outside trading and quote against what we see.
Usually the things that only fit into the same closed window.

Fitting rooms, offices and showroom lounges, with drying time quoted. Carpet cleaning
Entries, car parks and bin bays, with the runoff planned. Pressure washing
Entry tiles and amenities, where mopping stopped working years ago. Tile and grout
New fitouts and refits handed over before the doors open. Construction cleaning
Mixed-use buildings with retail at ground level. Strata cleaning
Centres, strips and showroom precincts across the Perth metro area, from Joondalup to Rockingham, and Mandurah. Not listed? Send your address and you will hear back the same day.
Coastal salt air and beach sand impact properties heavily here. Window tracks, exterior glass, and flyscreens need regular washing to stop salt corrosion.
A mix of commercial high rises, character homes, and modern units. Jarrah floor care and delicate limestone work are common across these areas.
Large family properties and industrial facilities. Paved alfresco spaces and bore reticulation mean pressure washing is regularly booked alongside a house clean.
Before you open, from 6am, is the usual answer. If you close early enough, an evening clean finished by 10pm works too. We set the window with you at the walkthrough.
If you close too late for us to finish by 10pm, we clean the next morning from 6am instead, done before you open.
Yes. Showrooms in WA keep shorter trading hours than most shops, which leaves longer windows for glass and display floor work.
No WA law sets a required interval for a retail floor. How often is a decision about your foot traffic, and dated records show what was done.
No. That is a testing service with its own equipment. We will not publish a rating for your floor or claim a clean changed one.
Yes, subject to the centre's own access and induction arrangements. Tell us which centre at quote stage and we will give you a straight answer.
No. Food preparation areas sit under food law with their own supervision requirements. We clean the trading floor, back of house and amenities.
We stay until it's right
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.
Send your suburb, format, floor area and trading hours. We will walk the floor outside trading and give you a scope split into daily, weekly and periodic lines.
