Before you open
The crew starts from 6am and finishes before staff arrive. This is the usual plan for restaurants and bars that trade late, and for cafes that open mid-morning.
A venue has a deadline that does not move. You open at a set time, whatever happened at last night's service.
We clean from 6am so the venue is ready before you open, or in the evening after an early close, finished by 10pm. Dining rooms, floors, bars, customer bathrooms and agreed back of house areas, to a written scope.
Front of house, the bar, the bathrooms, and the back of house areas you agree with us.
Dining rooms and seating, shopfront glass, all floor types, bar and service areas, customer bathrooms, plus agreed back of house floors and surfaces. A laneway cafe and a large restaurant with a public bar need different plans, so the scope is set per area.
Canopy and duct cleaning is quoted on its own. We clean kitchen canopies and exhaust ducts as a separate job, booked around your trade. Grease traps and the inside of cooking equipment stay with your specialist. Shopfronts and display areas are retail and showroom cleaning.
Cleaning is planned around your trading hours, inside our 6am to 10pm window.

For cafes and lunch venues that shut in the afternoon or early evening. The crew starts once the last table leaves and finishes by 10pm.
Floor scrubbing, grout lines, skirtings, high dusting, vents, light fittings and chair detail. Booked monthly or quarterly on a quiet day.
Most of this work happens while the venue is shut. This is how you know it happened.

Arrival and departure are timestamped on every visit.
Step 02
Area by area, in a set order, against the frequency agreed for each part of the venue.
Step 03
Dated photos of the finished areas, plus anything the crew found, like a leak or a broken chair.
Step 04
Anything missed is sorted on the next visit, or before service if it cannot wait.
Every venue gets a written scope with a frequency against each area. Yours is confirmed at the walkthrough and does not change without your sign-off.
Three conditions shape how a venue clean is scheduled.
Those details go into the schedule at the walkthrough, so the plan matches how you trade.
Four things to agree at the walkthrough.
Floors, seating, bar areas, customer bathrooms, entrance glass and bins. The parts that take a beating in one service.
Canopy and exhaust duct cleaning is quoted as its own job. Grease traps and the inside of cooking equipment are specialist work, and we work around that schedule.
Cafes that close mid-afternoon suit an evening clean, finished by 10pm. Restaurants and bars that trade late get a clean from 6am the next morning, before they open.
Friday and Saturday often need a different plan from the rest of the week.
Monthly or quarterly, on your quietest day, and quoted apart from the regular visits.
It covers floor scrubbing and grout lines, skirtings, chair and table frames, banquette seams, vents and light fittings.
No cleaner can promise an inspection result. Under Food Safety Standard 3.2.2A, food service businesses must be able to show their own cleaning and sanitising.
Our timestamped visits and photos can sit alongside your food safety records. They do not replace them.
Handing over keys and alarm codes takes trust. Here is what backs ours.
There is no rate card. Every venue is quoted after a walkthrough.
We walk the venue outside service and look at floors, seating, bathrooms, access and timing.
A written scope with a frequency against each area, and a per-visit price.
Start times, days, keys and alarm arrangements agreed before the first visit.
The crew works to the scope and photographs the finished areas.
What moves the number: floor area and seat count, floor types, how many visits a week, bathroom count, outdoor seating, and which back of house areas are included. Periodic deep cleaning is quoted separately.
Quoted separately and booked on your quietest day, so service is not interrupted.

Restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs and function venues across metropolitan Adelaide. Request a walkthrough and tell us your trading hours.
We service everything from CBD apartments to classic bluestone and sandstone villas. Older period homes trap dust on picture rails, high skirting boards, and ceiling roses. We target these exact spots during our visits.
We clean coastal properties and classic brick veneer homes. Salt air blowing off the Gulf leaves a sticky film on glass and jams up window tracks. We dedicate extra time to scrubbing these frames and windows so they slide perfectly.
We cover the newer estates out on the plains and the older stone properties up in the Hills. Spring pollen hits the Adelaide Hills hard. We recommend booking window and vent cleaning early in the season to keep allergens outside.
An office is cleaned around desks and bins. A venue is cleaned around food, drink and heavy foot traffic, and the schedule has to fit service rather than business hours.
The next morning, from 6am, finished before you open. Our crews work between 6am and 10pm, so late venues get a morning clean.
Canopies and exhaust ducts, yes, quoted separately once we have seen the kitchen. Grease traps and the inside of cooking equipment are specialist jobs, so we clean the accessible surfaces around them and work to your specialist's schedule.
Most venues need a clean for every day they trade, because floors, bathrooms and dining areas do not hold up longer than one service. A monthly or quarterly deep clean covers what a regular visit cannot reach.
It helps, but cleaning is not compliance. Under Food Safety Standard 3.2.2A the obligation to show cleaning and sanitising sits with the business. Our visit records can sit alongside your food safety records.
It is quoted after a walkthrough, not from a rate card. Seat count, floor type and area, bathroom numbers, bar and outdoor seating, and how many visits a week you need all shape the price.
