What is in a bond clean, and what is it for?
A full exit clean of an empty property, worked room by room against what a Darwin property manager checks at the final inspection. Oven, rangehood, bathrooms, floors, tracks, fittings and fixtures.

Why is a Darwin exit clean harder than a southern one?
Two seasons work on a property here, and both leave something an inspector looks for. A checklist written for a Melbourne unit misses most of it.

How do bonds work in the Territory?

Who is holding your bond in Darwin?

Do I have to hire a professional cleaner?
No. You have to leave the property reasonably clean, allowing for fair wear and tear, and you can do that yourself. People book us for the time it saves and the photo report.
Is carpet steam cleaning included, and do I have to do it?
It is quoted separately, and you may not need it. Whether it is needed comes down to your ingoing and outgoing condition reports.
What happens if I am not happy with the clean?

Can I just do the clean myself?
