General practices and clinics running a full appointment book. Treatment surfaces and patient amenities reset before every opening.
Medical cleaning services carry a problem an office does not have. When an accreditation cycle or an audit asks what was cleaned and when, a practice manager needs a record, not a recollection.
Every visit to your Darwin clinic produces a dated photo report against the agreed scope. We clean before the first patient or after the last, between 6am and 10pm, and we tell you plainly where our scope stops.
Scheduled cleaning of waiting and reception areas, consulting and treatment rooms, patient amenities and staff spaces, worked to a scope your practice manager signs off.
Disability and participant housing is handled under NDIS and disability facility cleaning. Standard commercial premises without clinical areas sit on office cleaning.
Matched to your patient volume rather than to a standard package.
General practices and clinics running a full appointment book. Treatment surfaces and patient amenities reset before every opening.
Allied health, specialist rooms and part time suites that do not run five days. Visits land on the days you actually consult.
Waiting room carpet, seating, glass and high dusting, scheduled on a closure day so nothing runs against your list.
Accreditation asks what was done and when. Assurances are not an answer.

Early morning before the first patient or evening after the last, between 6am and 10pm.
Step 02
The same written checklist every visit, so the standard does not move with the roster.
Step 03
Dated photos by area, ready to attach to an accreditation or audit response.
Step 04
Mark the room and we put it right, then carry it onto the next visit. Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work.
Agreed with your practice manager at the walkthrough, then unchanged unless you change it.
From November to April every person coming through the door brings water with them. A waiting room full of unwell and elderly patients is the worst place in the building for a wet floor.
The scope we write covers both halves of the year, so nothing needs renegotiating in February.
A practice manager needs the line drawn before a contract starts, not after an incident.
Handled by a licensed waste contractor. We work around the containers and never empty, move or replace them.
Sterilisation and instrument handling stay with your clinical staff under your own protocols. We do not go near it.
Your practice protocol governs these and your staff manage them at the time. We clean the area afterwards once it has been made safe.
We clean around it. Nobody on our team opens, moves or accesses restricted storage, and the scope says so in writing.
A contractor who will not tell you what they do not do is telling you something.
Six reasons, one line each.
No rate card, because a six room practice and a day surgery are not the same job. We quote after walking the practice.
Rooms, treatment areas, amenities, access and patient volume.
Task by task, including every area our team will not enter.
Daily, set days or periodic. Same scope, different visit count.
The price holds for the term unless the scope changes.
The walkthrough is free and carries no obligation.
Scheduled into the agreement or booked separately, always outside consulting hours.
Waiting room traffic lanes, scheduled on a clinic closure day and quoted after an inspection. See carpet cleaning
Consulting room glass, entry doors and external frames. See window cleaning
Waiting room seating, which takes more traffic than anything else in the building. See upholstery cleaning
Entries, ramps and undercover parking. From $195. See pressure washing
Shared lobbies and lifts where the practice sits inside a larger building. See strata cleaning
Handing a consulting suite back at the end of a lease term. See end of lease
Practice somewhere else? Send the address and we will confirm the same day.
Coastal salt air coats glass and louvre blades, requiring extra care on tracks.
High residential rental movement makes bond cleaning very common across these suburbs.
Larger family blocks and sheds often combine regular cleans with outdoor pressure washing.
Yes. We work from 6am to 10pm, seven days, so most Darwin practices are done in the evening after the last patient or early in the morning before the first. Access, alarm codes and which rooms are off limits get set at the walkthrough and written into the agreement.
No. Clinical waste, sharps containers and biohazard spills go to a licensed waste contractor, not a cleaning company. We work around those containers and never empty or move them.
No. Instrument reprocessing is clinical work carried out by your own staff under your own protocols. Our scope covers surfaces, floors, amenities and waiting areas.
It is quoted per practice, not off a rate card. Room count, treatment areas, amenities, patient volume and visit frequency all change the figure. We walk the site before putting a number in writing.
Yes. Every visit generates a dated photo report against the agreed scope. Practices use them as evidence when an accreditation or audit cycle asks what was done and when.
No. Machines, products and consumable restocking are handled by our team. If your practice requires a specific product used in clinical areas, tell us at the walkthrough and we will use yours instead.
Mark it on the report and we put it right. It also goes onto the checklist for the following visit so the same room is not missed twice.
We stay until it's right
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.
Tell us the practice type, how many consulting rooms and how often you need us. We walk it with your manager, scope it in writing and send the quote.
