General practices, dental surgeries, allied health and specialist rooms across the Perth metro area. Cleaned after consulting hours, finished by 10pm, or early morning from 6am before the first patient.
Your practice's cleaning policy and risk assessment set the standard. A contractor's job is to deliver against them, to a written scope, with records you keep.
You do. That is how the system is built, and knowing it changes what you should be buying.
National infection prevention guidance expects a practice to have its own cleaning policy: who is responsible, what gets cleaned, how often, with what, and how effectiveness is checked. The frequency comes from the practice's own risk assessment.
So a cleaning company that says it is compliant with the general practice standards has it backwards. Practices are accredited against those standards, not cleaners. Our job is to deliver your policy and give you the records that show it.
Paper, mostly. That is good news, because a contractor can genuinely help with it.
Health services are expected to keep cleaning schedules, cleaning audits and what was done about the findings. Where a practice uses an outside cleaner, the agreement setting out what that cleaner does is part of the same evidence.
A verbal arrangement and an invoice are not. A written scope and a dated record of each visit are.
The fourth card is the one that matters most.
Four steps, and the first one is reading your policy rather than selling you ours.
Contact usStep 01
Your cleaning policy and risk assessment set the frequencies. We turn them into a room by room scope, agreed before anyone starts.
Step 02
What we touch and what stays with your staff or your waste contractor, written down so nobody is improvising.
Step 03
Colour-coded cloths and mops by area, and the order of work that infection prevention guidance describes.
Step 04
A completed schedule each visit, kept in your name, ready when accreditation comes around.
Because hospital-grade describes a disinfectant, not a service.
Hospital-grade disinfectants are a product category listed with the Therapeutic Goods Administration. A bottle can be hospital-grade. A cleaning company, a visit or a team cannot.
We use products suited to the surface and disinfect the surfaces your policy says to disinfect, and we will tell you exactly which products before you sign. Sterile is a reprocessing outcome and belongs to a different trade.
Four questions that sort a usable quote from a vague one.
If a contractor claims a credential, ask what it is, who issued it, what it covers and when it expires. A general quality certificate is not a healthcare cleaning credential.
Sharps containers, clinical waste bins, spills, treatment chairs and plinths each need a yes or a no in writing. Silence here is how a cleaner ends up doing something they are not trained for.
Ask how the cleaners attending your practice are taken through your policy, your equipment and your boundaries before the first visit.
They should be in your practice's name and stay with you if you change contractors. If the only record lives on the cleaner's phone, you have bought a service but no evidence.
Your risk assessment decides it, but the national guidance gives a baseline.
Frequently touched surfaces get cleaned with detergent at least daily, when visibly soiled, and after any known contamination. General surfaces get cleaned when visibly soiled and straight after a spill.
Treatment areas and frequently touched items usually sit higher than waiting rooms and administration areas, and frequencies often rise during an outbreak. No single national frequency applies to every practice, so we write yours down from your policy.
Six reasons, one line each.
No rate card. We quote after a walkthrough, on rooms, frequency and what sits inside the boundary.
Consulting and treatment room count, how many days a week, floor types, how many amenities, and whether procedural areas need a higher frequency than the rest.
Evening after the last patient or early morning before the first, set around your consulting hours.
Carpet and hard floor work, external windows, and any change to the scope boundary, which needs a written variation rather than a verbal yes.
Send your room count, days per week and a copy of your cleaning policy if you have one. A written scope and price follow the walkthrough.
Periodic work that practices usually run quarterly or twice a year.
Waiting rooms and corridors, with a drying time quoted for the month. Carpet cleaning
Amenities and wet areas, with the method matched to the surface. Tile and grout
Entry glass and consulting room windows, inside and out. Window cleaning
Administration areas and staff rooms on the same contract. Office cleaning
If your rooms sit inside a medical strata building with shared lobbies. Strata cleaning
A fit-out or an extra consulting room cleaned before patients return. Builders clean
Practices across the Perth metro area, from Joondalup to Rockingham, and Mandurah. Practice not listed? Send your suburb and you will hear back the same day.
Coastal salt air and beach sand impact properties heavily here. Window tracks, exterior glass, and flyscreens need regular washing to stop salt corrosion.
A mix of commercial high rises, character homes, and modern units. Jarrah floor care and delicate limestone work are common across these areas.
Large family properties and industrial facilities. Paved alfresco spaces and bore reticulation mean pressure washing is regularly booked alongside a house clean.
We quote after a walkthrough on rooms, days and scope, and put it in writing so you can compare it properly.
We are not aware of a healthcare cleaning certification for contractors in Australia, so we do not claim one. Ask us what we hold and we will send the documents rather than a logo.
No. Sharps containers are single use and must never be emptied or reused, and clinical waste needs a licensed carrier. We empty general waste only.
It is a category of disinfectant listed with the Therapeutic Goods Administration, not a service level. A disinfectant can be hospital-grade. A cleaning company cannot.
We can give you evidence, not the outcome. We supply a written scope and dated visit records in your name, while the policy, the risk assessment and the result remain yours.
Only if it is written into the scope, and most practices keep it in house. Patient contact surfaces sit close to clinical care, so that decision should be made deliberately.
Outside consulting hours, within our working day of 6am to 10pm. Most practices choose an evening clean after the last patient, and keys, alarm codes and who to call are agreed in writing first.
We stay until it's right
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.
Send your practice type, room count, consulting hours and how many days a week you need. If you have a cleaning policy, send that too and we will scope to it.
