Oven, Stove and Rangehood Cleaning in Adelaide
Grease stops wiping off somewhere around the third month. We strip baked carbon off the oven walls and racks, clear the door glass, and degrease a rangehood filter that has stopped pulling air.
A standard oven is $125. Oven with stovetop is $165, or $210 with the rangehood as well, and the kitchen is usable the same day.

Why do we treat the oven, stovetop and rangehood as separate jobs?
Three appliances, three different jobs, and you can see what each one costs.
The oven gets dismantled. Racks and trays soak, the door glass comes apart and gets polished, and the walls are stripped of baked carbon.
The rangehood is the one people forget. Filters saturate, airflow drops, and the grease starts going back into the kitchen instead of out of it, which is a $60 job on its own.
We clean appliances, we do not repair them. No element replacement, no ducting work, no gas fitting. A whole-kitchen reset sits with deep cleaning, and a tenancy exit with end of lease cleaning.

Racks, trays, grates, burner caps and filters come out and are cleaned separately. The cavity and surfaces are worked while those soak.

Reassemble and walk through
Everything goes back, surfaces are rinsed off, and we walk the kitchen with you. Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work.
Why does the rangehood filter get so dirty in an Adelaide kitchen?
Plenty of Adelaide homes cook on gas, and that changes what ends up in the rangehood.
- Gas puts more into the air. A gas flame adds combustion by-products to the kitchen air on top of the cooking aerosol itself, so the hood above a gas cooktop has more to catch. That is why our quote form asks whether your stove is gas, electric or induction first.
- Build-up is a cold-months problem. Cooking moves out to the barbecue through the hot, dry summer and back to the oven through the cooler, wetter winter. Late winter and spring are the natural time to book.
What should you ask before booking an oven clean in Adelaide?
Ask these before you pay oven clean prices for a surface wipe.
Does the oven get taken apart or just wiped?
Racks, trays and side runners should come out and soak. The door glass matters most, because baked residue collects between the panes and wiping the outside changes nothing.
If a quote does not mention taking the door apart, ask about it before you book.
What do you use, and will the kitchen smell of it?
We use non-caustic products. Caustic cleaners can strip enamel and pit the aluminium trim on older ovens, and leave a smell that lingers into your next few meals.
Non-caustic products take longer to work, which is why soaking is part of the process. The kitchen is usable the same day.
Can an induction or ceramic cooktop be cleaned safely?
Yes, but not with a scourer. Glass cooktops scratch permanently, and once the surface is marked it holds dirt worse than before.
Burnt sugar and boiled-over milk need dwell time and a plastic blade, not pressure. Tell us the cooktop type at booking so the right kit comes with us.
Is it priced per appliance or as a package?
Per appliance, with bundles if you want the lot. The full list is in the table below.

Every 3 to 6 months for most homes, depending on how much you cook. The rangehood filter usually needs attention sooner than the oven does.
What is included in a professional oven clean?
The enamel walls, roof, base, fan cover and light glass inside the cavity. We also clean the racks, side runners, grill trays and the accessible door glass.
Can baked-on carbon be removed from oven glass?
Usually, yes. We soften the burnt grease with a non-scratch degreaser, then lift it with a glass-safe blade, and tell you up front if any marking looks permanent.
How do you clean greasy rangehood filters?
We take out the aluminium mesh filters and soak them in a hot degreasing solution. That loosens the trapped oil so air can flow through the mesh again.
How long does an oven cleaning service take?
A standard 60cm single oven takes about 90 minutes. A 90cm cooker with a gas cooktop and rangehood takes two to three hours.
Can I use my oven straight after you clean it?
Yes. We use non-caustic products and rinse and dry every surface, so you can cook in it the same day.
Will the clean scratch my induction or ceramic cooktop?
No. Glass cooktops get non-abrasive creams and soft cloths, which lift burnt-on rings and grease without scratching the surface.
Is an oven clean worth booking before a rental inspection?
Many tenants book one before they move out, and we spend time on the door glass, rack corners and rangehood filters. Whether the property passes is the agent's decision, so we cannot promise a bond outcome.
Is it cheaper to book all three appliances at once?
