Weekly
Suits households where the kitchen and bathroom need regular attention, or where a fortnight is too long between visits. Uses more plan funding, so check the budget first.
NDIS cleaning should not mean a stranger moving your things out of reach. You set the task list and the order, and we stick to it.
We clean for self-managed and plan-managed participants and for shared disability accommodation. Before the first visit we check how your plan is managed, so you know you can use us.
This is a cleaning service. Our cleaners clean. They are not support workers.
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, laundry areas and general tidying. Access stays clear and nothing is moved without asking first.
What differs from a standard house clean is the arrangement: tasks agreed in writing, the schedule built around the household, and the same cleaner wherever the roster allows.
No personal care, medication or daily living support. Those come from a different provider. Standard domestic cleaning without NDIS paperwork is house cleaning.
Frequency is a funding decision as much as a cleaning one. More visits use more of the budget, so it is worth getting the balance right at the start.

Enough to keep on top of the main areas without drawing down funding faster than the plan allows.
A deeper clean booked occasionally, sometimes alongside a lighter regular schedule.
Reliability is the whole service here. A clean on a different day, by a different person, to a different standard is not much use to anyone.

The same cleaner wherever the roster allows, with the visit time confirmed beforehand.
Step 02
The task list is written down and does not change without you agreeing to it.
Step 03
Visit details and invoices go to you, a family member, your plan manager or your support coordinator, whoever you choose.
Step 04
If something was missed, it is handled on the next visit at no charge. Raise it with our office rather than the cleaner if that is easier.
The usual list for a household visit, and what sits outside a cleaning service.
The list is yours, not ours. Some households want the bathroom done every visit and the bedrooms fortnightly. Some want laundry included and dusting left alone. The list only changes when you change it.
Two things, and neither of them is the cleaning company. Worth checking before you compare providers.
Does your plan fund it? Cleaning sits under Core Supports, in Assistance with Daily Life, usually as House Cleaning and Other Household Activities. It is funded where it is reasonable and necessary because of your disability.
How is your plan managed? This is the one that catches people out.
Your plan says which applies, and your support coordinator can confirm it.
Four things worth settling before anyone books a visit.
It can, under Core Supports, where cleaning is reasonable and necessary because of your disability.
Your plan or your support coordinator can confirm what you have. Settle that before the first visit, not after.
Self-managed and plan-managed participants can generally use any provider. NDIA-managed plans can only use providers registered with the NDIS.
We check this with you before the first visit, so an invoice does not come back unpaid in week two.
The NDIS price limits are published in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and change each year.
Ask any provider to put their rate in writing before you start, so you can work out how many visits your budget covers across the plan year.
Our cleaners do not do personal care. Getting that clear at the start stops the wrong expectation forming in the first week.
Ask too whether the cleaner works to a written list you set, and who receives the invoices.
This is a category where a lot gets promised. Here is what ours is backed by.
There is no rate card on this page. The rate is agreed in writing after we understand the household.
Which areas need doing, how often, anything about the home that affects access, and how your plan is managed.
The plan management question is settled here, before any invoice.
The list, the schedule and the rate in writing, so your plan manager has something to work from.
We check in after the first couple of visits to adjust the list. Most schedules need one tweak, and it is better done early.
Quoted separately. Whether any of it is funded depends on your plan, so check before booking.

Private houses, units and shared accommodation across metropolitan Adelaide. In shared accommodation, cleaning is usually arranged by the accommodation provider rather than an individual participant.
We service everything from CBD apartments to classic bluestone and sandstone villas. Older period homes trap dust on picture rails, high skirting boards, and ceiling roses. We target these exact spots during our visits.
We clean coastal properties and classic brick veneer homes. Salt air blowing off the Gulf leaves a sticky film on glass and jams up window tracks. We dedicate extra time to scrubbing these frames and windows so they slide perfectly.
We cover the newer estates out on the plains and the older stone properties up in the Hills. Spring pollen hits the Adelaide Hills hard. We recommend booking window and vent cleaning early in the season to keep allergens outside.

The cleaning is similar. What differs is the arrangement: a written task list, a schedule built around the household, the same cleaner wherever the roster allows, and invoices that suit a plan manager.
No. Our cleaners clean. They do not provide personal care, medication assistance or daily living support.
Wherever the roster allows, yes. When your regular cleaner is unavailable we tell you beforehand and brief whoever attends on your task list.
Yes. Tell us who should receive visit details and invoices and we will set it up that way.
Any time between 6am and 10pm, seven days. We set the visit time around the household's routine.
We stay until it's right
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.
Tell us what the household needs and how your plan is managed. We will tell you honestly whether we are a fit before we talk about anything else.
