Before opening
Cleaners start from 6am and finish before the first appointment. Suits practices where the waiting room needs to be right at 8am and nobody wants a vacuum running while patients arrive.
A clinic is not an office with more basins. The waiting room, the consulting rooms and the amenities each need their own task list, and the cleaner needs to know exactly what not to touch.
We clean GP surgeries, clinics and consulting suites before opening from 6am, or after the last patient until 10pm. Every visit works to a written scope and leaves a dated record.
An office has desks, bins and a kitchen. A clinic has zones, and they do not share a checklist.
A waiting room forty people sat in today. A consulting room only clinical staff should touch. An amenities block. Each gets its own task list, frequency and boundaries, written from your cleaning policy.
Medical centres, clinics and consulting suites. Not theatres, procedure suites or sterilising departments. Clinical waste stays with your licensed contractor. Offices without clinical zones are office cleaning.
Tell us your opening hours and busiest periods. The schedule is built from those, inside our 6am to 10pm window.
Cleaners start from 6am and finish before the first appointment. Suits practices where the waiting room needs to be right at 8am and nobody wants a vacuum running while patients arrive.
Cleaners start once the clinic closes and finish by 10pm. Works well for practices with predictable finishing times.
A short mid-day pass on waiting room touch points plus a full clean before opening or after close. Used by busier centres where the waiting room turns over several times a day.
Practices get audited. Cleaning that happened but was never written down is worth very little on that day.

Arrival and departure are timestamped, so you can see the cleaner was on site and for how long.
Step 02
Each zone is cleaned to its own task list, in the order agreed at the walkthrough.
Step 03
Finished areas are photographed, so there is a dated record of each visit to keep alongside your own documentation.
Step 04
Something missed is put right on the next visit at no charge.
Four zones, four task lists, one written scope. Frequency is set per zone rather than across the whole site.
Where our cleaners stop. They do not handle instruments, touch diagnostic or treatment equipment, open cabinets holding medication, or go near patient records or screens. They do not handle clinical waste. Those boundaries are written into the scope, not left to judgement on the day.
Your accreditation sits with your practice. What a cleaner can give you is work done to your policy, and a record that it happened.
Bring your cleaning policy to the walkthrough. The written scope is built from it rather than from our template.
Four things to agree before anyone starts.
Accreditation sits with the practice, which needs its own documented cleaning policy and risk assessment.
What a cleaner gives you is work done to that policy, plus a dated record that it happened. Anyone promising to make you compliant is selling something they cannot deliver.
Instruments, diagnostic and treatment equipment, clinical trolleys, medication cabinets, patient records and screens. Clinical waste too.
Those boundaries belong in the agreement, written per zone, so the consulting room list differs from the amenities list.
Every patient touches the door, the chairs and the reception counter, the unwell ones included.
Those touch points justify a higher frequency than a treatment room on a quiet day. Set frequency per zone from your own risk assessment.
Ask for the product list before the first visit and check it against your policy.
We agree the products for each zone at the walkthrough, and use what your policy specifies where it names one.
Practices rarely change cleaners over the standard of a single clean. It is usually consistency, boundaries and records.
Clinics vary too much for a rate card, so every quote follows a walkthrough.
We look at the zones, the traffic and the access, outside patient hours, and ask for your cleaning policy.
Task list and frequency per zone, boundaries in consult and treatment rooms, and a per-visit price, all in writing.
Keys or access, alarm codes and your contact person, settled before the first visit.
Scheduled cleans and a scope review after the first month, when most sites need one adjustment.
Quoted separately and scheduled around your calendar.
Skirtings, vents, high dusting and areas a regular visit does not reach.

GP surgeries, medical centres, dental, allied health and specialist suites across metropolitan Adelaide. We do not clean theatres, procedure suites, sterilising departments or critical care areas.
We service everything from CBD apartments to classic bluestone and sandstone villas. Older period homes trap dust on picture rails, high skirting boards, and ceiling roses. We target these exact spots during our visits.
We clean coastal properties and classic brick veneer homes. Salt air blowing off the Gulf leaves a sticky film on glass and jams up window tracks. We dedicate extra time to scrubbing these frames and windows so they slide perfectly.
We cover the newer estates out on the plains and the older stone properties up in the Hills. Spring pollen hits the Adelaide Hills hard. We recommend booking window and vent cleaning early in the season to keep allergens outside.
No, and no cleaning company can. Accreditation sits with the practice, which needs its own cleaning policy and risk assessment. We clean to that policy and leave a dated record of each visit.
Usually not. We clean before opening from 6am or after the last patient until 10pm. Some busier centres add a short mid-day pass on waiting room touch points.
Instruments, diagnostic and treatment equipment, clinical trolleys, medication cabinets, patient records and screens. All of it is written into the agreement rather than left to judgement.
No. Clinical waste needs a licensed contractor. We empty general bins to your waste separation and leave the rest to your provider.
Most practices clean every day they open, with periodic deeper work on top. Frequency per zone should follow your own risk assessment, so a treatment area and a staff room will not be on the same cycle.
It is quoted after a walkthrough, not from a rate card. Consult room count, floor area, zone frequencies, access hours and consumables all move the number, and the price is in writing before you agree.
We stay until it's right
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.
We walk the clinic outside patient hours. You get a written scope by zone and a quote, with the boundaries spelled out before anything is agreed.
