Daily before open
Centre tenancies and high traffic strips. Floors, glass and fitting rooms done from 6am, before the doors unlock.
Customers judge your shop from the footpath. Fingerprints and smudges on the inside of the shopfront, and a film of dust, salt and traffic grime on the outside, make a shop look closed from across the street.
So glass carries its own line, inside and out. We clean from 6am so floors are dry before you open, or after close until 10pm, against a written scope with a frequency on each task.
Contract cleaning for shops, strips, shopping centre tenancies and showrooms: glass and floors, fitting rooms and counters, plus amenities and the stockroom.
Everything is written down area by area with a frequency on each task. A shop floor and a stockroom do not need the same attention, and paying one rate across both wastes money.
Glass is scoped inside and out. Many contracts quote the outside and assume the inside happens, but the inside is where every hand and nose print lands.
A new fitout before handover is different work. That is builders cleaning in Brisbane.
What suits you depends on foot traffic, not floor area.
Centre tenancies and high traffic strips. Floors, glass and fitting rooms done from 6am, before the doors unlock.
Two or three mornings or evenings a week suits most independents. Glass can go up to daily when foot traffic peaks.
Carpet, high dusting and the stockroom, scheduled around your quiet trading period.
Step 01
Floor area, glass runs, fitting rooms and stockroom access, plus any centre management rules.
Step 02
Shop floor, glass, fitting rooms and stockroom each carry their own frequency.
Step 03
Keys, alarm and any centre pass arranged at the start rather than every month.
Step 04
Time stamped, with damage or low consumables reported before you open.
Four areas. The first one is the one customers see first.
Fitting rooms are where a shop gets judged hardest. Someone stands in one for several minutes with nothing to look at except the mirror, the floor and the bench.
Ask and we send it before you sign anything.
Shopping centre tenancies often have their own contractor requirements on top of yours. Tell us which centre and we will work through them with centre management.
The two faces of a shopfront get dirty in different ways.
So glass gets its own line, with the inside listed separately. It costs little on the scope and it is the first thing a customer sees.
Four things worth asking before you commit.
If the scope only says "clean windows", ask which side it means. That one word decides how your shop looks from the street.
Mopping ten minutes before the doors unlock leaves the public walking on wet tile. Ask what time the crew finishes, not just when they arrive.
They take little time to do properly, but folded into the shop floor line they get whatever time is left at the end.
Centre management usually sets access and contractor rules on top of yours. Ask whether the contractor will deal with them directly.
You are handing over keys to a shop full of stock. Here is what sits behind that.
Retail cleaning is quoted after a walkthrough, not priced off a list. Here is what moves the number.
How much frontage, how high, and how often it needs doing.
Floor type, area and the number of fitting rooms.
Daily before open, set days, or evenings after close.
We quote a fixed monthly figure against a written scope with a frequency on every task. Anyone quoting a shop without seeing the glass run and the fitting rooms is guessing.
Scheduled ahead and quoted with the contract.
Brisbane, Moreton Bay and Ipswich. Strips, centre tenancies and showrooms. Several stores? Request a walkthrough and we will scope them together.
Character Queenslanders and post-war lowsets sit side by side here, requiring different cleaning approaches on the same street.
Older timber homes through the inner south and modern brick builds further out. Bond cleaning bookings peak in this area at the end of every month.
Larger blocks with substantial outdoor entertaining areas and tree cover, where timber deck pressure washing is frequently booked alongside house cleans.
There is no list price. We walk the store, write a scope with a frequency on every task and quote a fixed monthly figure against it.
The inside collects handprints and smudges from customers and staff, and the outside collects traffic film and dust from the street. Many contracts clean only the outside.
Yes, from 6am, and that is how most retail contracts run. We agree the finish time at the walkthrough so the floor is dry before the doors unlock.
Yes, if you close early enough for us to finish by 10pm. Later closers get the clean the next morning before opening.
Yes. Tell us which centre and we will work through their contractor requirements with centre management.
Yes. Showroom work is mostly glass and hard floor, with the stock left alone unless you ask.
Yes. Changing one line, such as glass, costs far less than lifting the whole contract.
We stay until it's right
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.
Tell us the floor area, how much glass runs the frontage and what time you open. We walk the store before we quote.
