We work to the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and the regulations as adopted in each state we operate in. Every site gets its own risk assessment and safe work method statement covering the real hazards of that building: wet floors, working at height, confined plant rooms, lone work after hours.
Every product we carry sits on a site chemical register with its Safety Data Sheet on file and available to your team. Products are used at labelled dilution, never decanted into unlabelled bottles, and matched to the surface so we are not the reason a warranty gets voided.
Colour-coded microfibre keeps washroom cloths out of kitchens and clinical areas. High-touch points get one wipe per surface, and disinfectants are left for the contact time the label states. Outbreak and spill response is written down before it is needed.
Kitchens, cafes and food-manufacturing floors are cleaned to a schedule built around the cleaning and sanitising requirements of the Food Standards Code (Standard 3.2.2), using food-safe chemicals and separated equipment, with a signed record of what was cleaned and when.
National police check, right-to-work verification and reference checks before hire. Induction covers chemical handling, manual handling, incident reporting and the site's own rules, and it is repeated per site rather than assumed to carry over.
Incidents, near misses and breakages are logged the same day, with a corrective action recorded against each one. Every site carries a QR code your staff can scan to raise a complaint with us directly, so it never routes through the cleaner it is about.

We walk the site before we price it. Hazards, access, after-hours arrangements, surfaces and special areas get recorded on the spot, then become the scope of works rather than a generic template.
Step 02
Your site gets its own SWMS, chemical register with Safety Data Sheets, PPE list and cleaning schedule. Your facilities manager has a copy before the first visit, not after an audit asks for it.
Step 03
Only police-checked, inducted cleaners are rostered to the site. Induction runs against your building's rules: access, alarms, restricted areas, waste streams and who to call.
Step 04
Attendance, area completion and photos are recorded as the work happens. You are billed against verified visits, so the invoice and the record agree.
Anyone can publish a compliance page. The question is whether you can check it afterwards. Every tile below is a record our system produces as the work happens, and every one of them is yours.
Cleaners check in and out from the site, and the time and location are stamped against the visit. Hours on the invoice are the hours on the record, not a figure typed up later.
Areas are photographed as they are completed, and each photo is tied to the area, the visit and the cleaner. A disputed clean gets settled by looking at it.
Audits run against your scope of works line by line and finalise as a PDF: pass, fail and note against each item, dated and signed off.
Every change to a quote, job or visit records who changed it, when and why. Nothing about your account is edited silently.
Completed visits are checked against the scope before the period is invoiced. A visit below standard is re-done or not charged.
The site QR code reaches our operations team with the building and area already attached, and response times are tracked against it.

If your tender requires a certification we do not hold, we will say so in the response instead of working around the question. What we can give you today is documentation.
