Long day care, outside school hours care, kindergartens and independent and Catholic schools across the Perth metro area.
We clean once the children have gone home, finished by 10pm, or early in the morning from 6am for a service that closes late. You get the cleaning schedule as a document in your own name.
The duty to keep the premises clean sits with the approved provider, not the cleaner, and that shapes what you should be buying.
The national regulations require the premises, furniture and equipment of an education and care service to be safe, clean and in good repair. In WA, the Department of Communities' Education and Care Regulatory Unit monitors that through visits and spot checks.
You cannot contract that obligation away, but you can buy evidence that it is being met. An authorised officer may ask how cleanliness is maintained, and a documented, dated schedule answers the question.
When the children are not there. We work 6am to 10pm, seven days.
Most long day care centres close in the early evening, so the clean starts once the last family has left and finishes by 10pm. Rooms are ready for the morning without anyone working around children.
Schools and outside school hours care usually suit an afternoon or evening clean after the last session. Anything noisy or wet, like floor machines or carpet work, goes into the term breaks.
Written as a schedule you can hand to an authorised officer, not a vague promise.
Step 01
Room by room, with frequencies you choose. You get the document, so it lives in your quality improvement plan rather than in our van.
Step 02
After close, or early morning where that suits better, set out in the agreement along with access and alarm arrangements.
Step 03
Detergent and water on surfaces, then rinsing and drying, which is the general approach for education and care settings.
Step 04
A completed record each visit, with photos. Evidence you can produce on the day someone asks for it.
Not all of them, and it is worth saying so rather than pitching everyone.
Cleaning in WA public schools is mostly done by Department of Education staff, so a public school's cleaning is usually already handled.
Early learning services, outside school hours care, kindergartens, and Catholic and independent schools generally engage their own cleaning contractor. That is where we work.
Four questions that sort a usable quote from a vague one.
If the schedule only exists in the cleaner's head, you have nothing to show an authorised officer and nothing to hand the next contractor. Ask for it in writing, in your name.
Ask for the hours in writing, and confirm they fall outside the times children are present.
Body fluid spills, outbreak work and anything touching asbestos material should be named as out of scope. A quote silent on exclusions gets argued about later.
A dated record per visit, with photos, is something you can show. A signature on Friday for the whole week is not.
Between terms for schools and OSHC, and on closure days for long day care.
The long summer break from mid-December is when carpets, hard floors, high dusting and anything needing drying time actually fit. The shorter breaks suit smaller jobs.
Pupil-free days are set by each school, so your usable window often starts a day or two later than the student dates suggest. Long day care has no term breaks, so its deep work is built around closure days. We book the December and January work from about September, because everyone wants the same fortnight.
Six reasons, one line each.
No rate card. We quote after a walkthrough, on rooms and hours.
Room count, how many nappy change and bathroom areas, floor types, and whether a kitchen is in scope.
Every operating day, or set days, with periodic deep work on its own cycle.
Carpet and hard floor work in the breaks, external windows, and play area pressure washing. Each is its own line so you can take it or leave it.
Send your service type, room count and closing time. A written scope and price follow the walkthrough, with the exclusions named.
Most of these belong in a term break rather than a Tuesday evening.
Booked into the breaks, with a drying time quoted for the month. Carpet cleaning
Bathrooms and wet areas, with the method matched to the surface. Tile and grout
Inside and out, with tracks and flyscreens rather than just the glass. Window cleaning
Paths and play area surrounds, with the WA water rules checked. Pressure washing
If a store room or wet area keeps coming back, the cause is moisture. Mould cleaning
New rooms or an extension cleaned before the children return. Builders clean
Services and schools across the Perth metro area, from Joondalup to Rockingham, and Mandurah. Not on the list? Send your suburb and you will hear back the same day.
Coastal salt air and beach sand impact properties heavily here. Window tracks, exterior glass, and flyscreens need regular washing to stop salt corrosion.
A mix of commercial high rises, character homes, and modern units. Jarrah floor care and delicate limestone work are common across these areas.
Large family properties and industrial facilities. Paved alfresco spaces and bore reticulation mean pressure washing is regularly booked alongside a house clean.
We quote after a walkthrough, on rooms, wet areas and frequency, and put the scope in writing so two quotes can be compared properly.
No. We clean after the children have gone home, finished by 10pm, or before the service opens. We agree the hours with you before anyone starts.
No cleaner can promise that. The regulator rates your whole service, and a documented cleaning schedule gives you evidence for the parts that touch health practices and upkeep.
It does not set a frequency. The regulations require premises to be safe, clean and in good repair, which is an outcome rather than a schedule, so you set the frequency and we write it down.
No. Spills need dealing with straight away by whoever is on the floor, under your own procedure, and outbreak work is outside what we do.
Yes, and that is usually the best time for anything disruptive. Send us your dates once they are set and we will book around them.
Rarely. Cleaning in WA public schools is mostly done by Department staff. Early learning, OSHC, Catholic and independent schools are where we normally work.
We stay until it's right
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.
