Once a year
Suits most driveways, paths and patios. Enough to stop grime and algae getting a proper hold.
Nobody notices a driveway going green. They notice the first time someone slips on it. Pressure washing is the fix, and doing it wrong costs more than leaving it.
Driveways, paths, patios, decking, paving, walls, car parks and concrete. Surfaces you walk on, park on and look at from the street.
It is not glass. Windows, frames, screens and tracks are a different job with a different method, and that sits on our window cleaning page.
It is not interior work either. House cleaning and office cleaning handle the inside of a property.
Washing algae off an outside wall is not the same job as mould inside a home. For indoor mould, see mould cleaning.
Get a price for your surfaces. Tell us the surface type, a rough area in square metres and what the staining looks like. A fixed quote comes back the same day, or call 0483 982 111.
Depends less on the calendar and more on how much sun and water the surface gets.
Suits most driveways, paths and patios. Enough to stop grime and algae getting a proper hold.
For shaded or damp areas, coastal properties, and anywhere under trees. Organic growth comes back faster where the surface never fully dries.
Car parks, entrances, walkways and bin bays on a set cycle, booked from 6am or into the evening so nothing blocks access while you trade.
Four surface groups, four different approaches. The quote is built around what you actually have.
Roofs, gutters and solar panels are quoted on their own. Roofs get a soft wash, not full pressure, because terracotta and concrete tiles crack or lose their coating under the wrong pressure. We look at the roof before quoting.
Send a photo with your enquiry. It is the fastest way to a quote that does not change on the day.

Surface type, a rough area in square metres, and a photo if the staining is heavy. Photos tell us more than a description does.
Step 02
Priced on the area and its condition, with the method noted so you know what pressure is going on which surface.
Step 03
Cars moved, drains protected, furniture shifted. The crew works to the method noted on the quote.
Step 04
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work.
Turning the pressure up is the easiest thing on the job. It is also the most likely thing to cause damage.
Two driveways the same size can be very different jobs. Fifteen years of oil needs a degreaser, a soak and several passes.
Water use and runoff rules differ by state and council, so we work to whatever applies at your address.
Four things worth sorting before you compare quotes.
Concrete is a hard sponge. Years of parking put tyre rubber, oil drips and airborne dirt into the pores, and shaded sections grow slippery algae through a wet winter.
A rotary surface wash lifts that out and brings the slab back towards its original colour. It will not fix cracks or chipped edges, and we say so before starting.
Fresh oil sits near the surface and lifts well with a degreaser. Old oil is different: concrete is porous, and months of summer sun drive it deep into the pores where no safe pressure reaches.
We soak and loosen first, then tell you which marks will clear and which will leave a shadow.
Render, paint, timber decking and sandstone all fail under full pressure: it strips paint, gouges soft timber and pits decorative stone. Those surfaces get low pressure and a cleaning solution that does the work instead.
If something on your property cannot take pressure, you hear it before we start.
You get a fixed price for the job, settled before anyone starts. It is built from the area, the condition of the surface and the access.
Two identical driveways can be hours apart if one carries ten years of baked-in grease, and tight gates or sloping paths take longer to set up. We check all of it upfront.
High pressure without proper control causes surface damage. The right equipment matches water pressure to the material.
High pressure in the wrong hands damages surfaces. Here is how we work.
Area, condition and access decide it. Send a photo and the quote comes back fixed rather than estimated.
Priced on area and condition. A standard driveway is the most common booking on this page.
Priced on area, storeys and surface type. Render and paint take a lower-pressure approach, which changes the time on site.
Priced per visit or on a schedule, for car parks, entrances and shared paths.
Area alone does not set the price. A heavily stained driveway and a lightly dusty one are the same size and very different jobs, so the fixed quote reflects both.
Each one is quoted as its own line so you can see what it costs before deciding.
Degreaser applied and left to soak on oil spotting and vehicle marks before the wash.
Growth cleared out of paving joints and path edges so it takes longer to come back.
Boards and palings washed at a pressure the timber can take, without furring the grain.
For commercial and strata sites. Usually booked early in the morning, before trading starts.
Low pressure and a cleaning solution for lichen and grime on tile and metal roofs, assessed before we quote.
Leaves and silt cleared from the gutters and downpipes, best done before storm season.
Dust, salt and bird droppings washed off the panels gently, never at full pressure.

It is priced on area and condition. Area is the easy half, and condition does more to the number than square metres do.
Two driveways the same size can be hours apart if one carries years of oil and organic growth. Send a photo with your enquiry and the quote comes back fixed.
Fresh oil usually does. Old oil often does not, because concrete absorbs it and the stain sits below the surface being cleaned.
We apply a degreaser and let it soak before washing, and we tell you which marks are likely to lift before you book rather than after the job.
Yes, with a soft wash rather than full pressure, because terracotta and concrete tiles crack or lose their coating under the wrong pressure. Tell us the roof material and age and we will say honestly whether it suits a wash.
Roof soft washing, gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning are each quoted after we have seen the roof.
It can, which is why we match the pressure to the surface. Concrete and clay brick paving take a strong wash. Exposed aggregate, pavers, sandstone, render and paint do not.
If a surface on your property is not suitable for high pressure, we will tell you before we start.
No, as long as we can reach the surfaces. You provide an outdoor tap and a power point for our machines, so leave side gates unlocked and the tap accessible.
Move any vehicles off the driveway before we arrive, and let us know if there are garden beds or drains you want protected.
About once a year for most driveways, paths and patios.
Every six months suits shaded or damp areas, coastal properties and anywhere under trees, because organic growth returns faster where the surface never fully dries.
Most customers book more than one. Same crews, same standards, one invoice.
