A barrier, not just a sign
A sign warns people about a wet floor. A barrier keeps them off it until it is dry, so our cleaners carry barriers and dry the floor rather than leaving a cone behind.
Shop floors, supermarkets, shopping centre tenancies and showrooms across Darwin and Palmerston. On a retail site the floor is part of the product, and a wet one is the biggest risk you carry.
We clean before you open, from 6am, or after you close, until 10pm. If you trade past 10pm, the clean happens the next morning before your doors open, and every visit is recorded against an interval we agree with you.
Because when someone slips, the first question is what your cleaning and inspection system was, and whether you can show it was kept.
A clean floor on the day helps nobody if there is nothing to show it was checked. A store that can produce a dated record of inspections and cleans is in a far better position than one that can only say the floor is usually fine.
There is no single interval that suits every store, so we agree one with you based on your traffic and your entry. It goes into the written schedule and every visit is signed off against it.
Four things you can check before you sign with anyone, including us.
A sign warns people about a wet floor. A barrier keeps them off it until it is dry, so our cleaners carry barriers and dry the floor rather than leaving a cone behind.
Signed off each visit, with a photo report you can keep on file. If anything is ever questioned, that file is the first thing anyone asks for.
A short mat cannot dry a wet season shoe in one or two steps. We measure the entry at the walkthrough and tell you if the matting is too short for your traffic.
Ask for the visit time in writing. A clean booked before opening or after close should never drift into trading hours.
The cleaning is not the only deliverable. The record that it happened, at the interval you agreed, matters just as much.
Every area with a frequency against it, and the trading floor separated from back of house.
Four steps, and the paperwork happens before the first clean.

Floor area by finish, the entry and its matting, the traffic lanes, and what your last incident or audit picked up.
Step 02
A written schedule with an agreed inspection interval, plus whatever your centre asks of contractors: induction, documents and access arranged.
Step 03
From 6am before you open, or after you close until 10pm. A store trading past 10pm is cleaned the next morning, finished before the doors open.
Step 04
Signed off each visit, with a photo report. Flag anything short and we put it right.
Yes. Wherever food is on display, the cleaning frequency goes up.
Deli counters, display cabinets and self serve areas get a tighter frequency than the rest of the trading floor, because that is where a food inspection looks first. Cabinet glass, shelving and serving areas are cleaned on every visit rather than on a rotation.
If you make food in store, such as sandwiches, sushi or cut fruit, tell us at the walkthrough. Those areas are scoped like a commercial kitchen, not like a shop floor.
How a retail floor behaves, which is why a schedule written for a southern store misses here twice a year.
So we run two schedules in one contract. Matting, entry and transition zones lift through the wet, and glass, high level dusting and display surfaces lift through the dry.
Six reasons, one line each.
No rate card, because no two stores are the same. We quote after walking the store, and here is what moves the number.
Trading floor, back of house, and how much of it is polished, vinyl, tile or carpet.
A deli or food display, and the length of the entry and its matting.
A daily store costs less per visit than a three day one, because the build up between visits is the cost.
Inductions and access control inside a managed centre take real time, so we show it on the quote.
Periodic work such as strip and seal or high level dusting is quoted per job. The walkthrough is free and carries no obligation.
Quoted per job and done outside your trading hours.
Shopfront glazing, display glass and internal partitions. Up to 10 windows from $170. See window cleaning
Fitting rooms, showroom carpet and office areas, quoted after an inspection. See carpet cleaning
Entry tiling and customer toilets where mopping stopped working. $38 per square metre. See tile and grout
Entry aprons, trolley bays, loading docks and bin areas. From $195. See pressure washing
Stock rooms, cool room surrounds and ceilings after the wet. From $315. See mould cleaning
Handing a tenancy back at the end of a lease or before a refit. See end of lease
Shopping centre tenancies, supermarkets, standalone shops, strip retail and the car and boat showrooms along the Stuart Highway through Winnellie. Send your address and we will confirm the same day.
Coastal salt air coats glass and louvre blades, requiring extra care on tracks.
High residential rental movement makes bond cleaning very common across these suburbs.
Larger family blocks and sheds often combine regular cleans with outdoor pressure washing.
It is quoted per store after an inspection rather than off a rate card, because floor area, finish, food areas, the entry and frequency all move the number. We walk the store, scope it with you and put the price in writing before anything starts.
There is no single interval that suits every store. We agree one with you based on your traffic and your entry, write it into the schedule and record it every visit, so you can show the system was kept.
No. A sign warns people, but a barrier keeps them off the floor until it is safe. We close off a wet area and dry it rather than putting out a cone and walking off.
More than a single doormat. In the wet season a shoe needs several steps on matting before it stops carrying water, so we measure your entry at the walkthrough and tell you whether the matting is long enough.
Yes, and we expect the paperwork. We complete the centre's contractor induction and access arrangements before the first clean rather than turning up and being turned around.
We work from 6am to 10pm, seven days, so most stores are cleaned before opening or after close. If you trade past 10pm, we clean the next morning and finish before your doors open.
Because the dry and the wet are two different jobs. From May to October dust lands on glass, stock and display surfaces, and from November to April the entry becomes the whole problem. We lift entry work through the wet and glass and high level work through the dry.
We stay until it's right
Our cleaners don't leave until you're happy with the work. For end of lease cleans, if you're not satisfied and tell us within 72 hours, we come back and re-clean.
Send the address, rough floor area, the finish and your trading hours. We walk it, agree an inspection interval and send a written schedule with a frequency on every line.
